Perla Negra coffee is a perfectly selected blend of roasted coffee in Italian style. The secret to the taste is its composition, 60% of the arabic native to Brazil gives it sweets and chocolate flavour, while 40% of the robins from India provide its strength, density and aroma of hazelnuts. Thanks to this composition of coffee and smoking dedicated to espresso, Perla Negra is dense, essential and equally intense with added milk.

To burn our coffee we use the oven of the Dutch brand Giesen. It is on these furnaces that the World Cup of Coffee Smoking is held every year.

We start with the selection of proper plantations and selection of grains, by crafty burning on the original burning profiles, to the specialized packaging for coffee to preserve freshness and full aroma.
The seeds are hand-fired in one of the best artisan Polish smokers, where all processes are supervised by its main smoker with many years of experience in the production of Specialty coffee.
