In practice, we first determine the thickness between steps 1-30 and then specify on a micro scale. The grinder allows you to obtain the thicknesses ideal for both espresso and transfer methods: drip, aeropress or chemex. Design and support The mill has a control panel equipped with three buttons and an LCD display. We can easily program grinding time to 0.1 seconds. Once the dose is fixed, we only press the START switch, and the mill automatically had a certain time.Another practical element is a universal handle on which we can attach a portafilter or popular accessories for alternative burning: Hario v60, Clever or Able Kone. Direct grinding to the equipment accelerates and facilitates working with the mill.
